This privacy policy applies to the Muscle Box App (hereby referred to as the "Application") created by Sarang Kukde ("Service Provider") as a free service. This Application is intended for use “AS IS”. By using this Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Important: The Muscle Box App is intended for individual/personal use only. It does not represent or provide services on behalf of any gym, trainer, or organization.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information: Name, email address, and profile details you provide during signup.
Fitness Data: Workout logs, BMI, body measurements, progress tracking, optional diet-related inputs.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, IP address, and Firebase push token for notifications.
Usage Data: App activity such as screens visited, time spent, and features used.
Photos: Only accessed when you voluntarily upload images for challenges (e.g. 90-Day Selfie Challenge).
Rewards & Challenges: Data related to in-app challenges, reward points, and referral codes.

The Application does not collect or store precise real-time location data.

2. How We Use Your Information

To track fitness progress and workout history.
To provide personalized motivational features such as in-app challenges and rewards.
To send reminders, updates, and push notifications.
To improve user experience and analyze app usage (anonymized).
To maintain secure login and protect user accounts.

3. Permissions We Request

Camera: For users who choose to take progress photos.
Photo Library: To upload challenge or profile pictures. The app does not access the entire gallery.
Internet Access: To sync your data securely with Firebase (authentication, storage, notifications).

This Application is intended for use only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use this Application or provide any personal information.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from anyone under the age of 18, we will take immediate steps to delete such data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at sarang.kukde@gmail.com so we can remove the information.

You may opt out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application. Use your mobile device’s standard uninstall process to remove the app.
