This Privacy Policy applies to the Muscle Box iOS mobile application (the “Application”) developed and provided by Sarang Kukde (the “Service Provider”). The Application is offered as a Free Service and intended for use “AS IS”. By using or installing this Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Note: Muscle Box is a personal fitness and gym management app designed for individual and gym member use. It helps users manage workouts, track streaks, earn rewards, and stay motivated through fitness challenges.

1. Information We Collect

When you download and use the Application, we may collect the following types of data:

Personal Information: Name, email address, and profile details you provide during registration or in your account.
Fitness Data: Workout logs, streak records, reward activity, BMI, and other voluntary fitness-related inputs.
Photos and Camera Data: Captured or uploaded voluntarily by users for progress tracking, streak verification, reward challenges, or transformation purposes.
Payment Information: Transaction details (such as payment amount, date, and method) processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store or access your full card or banking information.
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, IP address, and Apple Push Notification Token.
Usage Data: Screens viewed, actions performed, and time spent within the app.

The Application does not collect precise or real-time location data.

2. Use of Information

Your information is used to:

Provide personalized fitness and streak tracking features.
Enable secure login, authentication, and reward management.
Allow users to upload or capture photos for streak validation and transformation tracking.
Process secure online payments and subscription renewals using Razorpay.
Deliver motivational reminders, progress updates, and challenge notifications.
Improve app performance and security through analytics and diagnostics.

Payments & Subscriptions

MuscleBox offers optional paid real-world fitness services such as diet consultations and personal training. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. No fees are required to create an account. Purchases are for real-world physical services and not for unlocking digital content.

3. Permissions Requested

Camera: Muscle Box uses your device camera for fitness-related features such as capturing progress photos, verifying streak attendance, and uploading images for reward or transformation challenges. For example, when you complete a workout streak or participate in a 30-Day Challenge, you can capture a progress photo to track your transformation and earn Dumbbell Points (rewards).
Photo Library: Used when you choose to upload a fitness-related image (such as before/after photos or challenge submissions) directly from your gallery. Access is user-initiated and limited to the image you select.
Internet Access: Required to sync your fitness data, streak progress, and rewards securely with Firebase services. This ensures that all your activity, points, and updates remain available across devices and sessions.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses trusted third-party services to support its functionality, payments, and analytics. These third parties may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies:

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data while your account remains active and for a limited period thereafter as needed to comply with legal and financial obligations.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your personal details, fitness data, and reward history from our servers.

You may also request deletion by emailing muscleboxin@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Security

We implement physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your data. All data, including payment transactions, is encrypted and securely processed through Firebase and Razorpay. While we strive for strong protection, no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Application is intended for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact sarang.kukde@gmail.com for immediate removal.

8. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. Simply use the standard uninstall option available on your iOS device.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.

10. Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your data as described in this Privacy Policy, now and in future versions.
